Negative painting technique is the main focus of this tutorial. We will try to create flower and leaf shapes by painting the spaces around them. We will not focus on realism so much this time, but more on playing with the colors and getting to know the technique better. There is a separate class on negative painting technique in my school and I will include this tutorial to that class. I’ve prepared outline drawings in a few different sizes.
