Welcome! Here’s how things work around here.
By visiting esperoart.com, you’re agreeing to the terms below. Please take a moment to read them.

1. Overview

This website (esperoart.com) is run by me, Krzysztof Kowalski (also referred to as “I”, “me”, or “my”). By using this site, you’re agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. If anything here doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the site.

2. Changes and Validity

I may update these Terms or parts of the site from time to time. If I do, I’ll update the date at the bottom of this page. By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept those updates. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still apply.

3. Using This Site

3.1. Age and Responsibility
You need to be at least 18 years old (or have legal permission) to use this site.
3.2. Being Honest
If you’re signing up or making a purchase, please provide accurate and up-to-date info. Don’t pretend to be someone else or use someone else’s details.
3.3. Be Respectful
Please use the site in a lawful and respectful way. Don’t post or share anything offensive, harmful, illegal, or that infringes on someone else’s rights.

4. Privacy

When you sign up for a Monthly Membership or use parts of the site, you’re agreeing to the Privacy Policy. It explains how your data is collected and used.

5. Copyright

Everything on this site—images, text, logos, graphics—is mine unless otherwise stated. That means you can’t copy, reproduce, or reuse any of it without permission. Buying a product doesn’t give you copyright or ownership of the content. Some third-party content is used with proper permission.

6. Sharing and Giving Credit (A Friendly Note)

Here’s the deal: I won’t chase anyone down. You’re welcome to sell the paintings you create based on my tutorials—whether as originals, prints, postcards, or greeting cards. You can display them in exhibitions and festivals too (though do be cautious with competitions, as many don’t allow work derived from tutorials). At the end of the day, it’s your painting, and you’re free to do what you like with it đŸŒŒ.

I have just one simple request: if you found value in my tutorials, please consider mentioning me when the opportunity arises. Whether it’s in a conversation with fellow artists, a post on social media, or when someone asks where you learned something—feel free to share my name or website. That’s all I ask. A little word-of-mouth goes a long way.

You don’t need to label your work as “based on a tutorial,” and you definitely don’t need to write it on the back of prints or postcards. Just give a shoutout when it feels right. No pressure, no obligations. I trust people to be respectful and thoughtful đŸŒ·đŸ€đŸ˜Š.

8. No Guarantees (Release of Claims)

I do my best to provide helpful, inspiring content—but I can’t promise it’ll always meet your needs or be error-free. By using the site, you agree not to hold me liable for any issues, damages, or losses that might happen as a result of using it.
