Digital Content Consent

Last updated: 10 September 2026

Immediate access to digital content

Your Esperoart Membership provides immediate access to digital content, including video painting tutorials, reference photographs, written materials and other online resources.

When you purchase a Membership, you may request access to this digital content immediately rather than waiting until the end of the statutory withdrawal period.

Your statutory withdrawal right

When you purchase a service online, you may generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For paid digital content that is provided online and not supplied on a physical medium, the law provides an exception to this right when the required conditions are met.

If you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to withdraw from the contract for that digital content when delivery begins, the withdrawal right will no longer apply to that digital content once delivery begins.

Your other mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Your consent

By selecting the separate consent checkbox at checkout, you:

  • expressly request and consent to immediate access to the digital content included in your Membership before the end of the statutory withdrawal period; and
  • acknowledge that, once delivery of that digital content begins, you will lose your statutory right to withdraw from the contract for that digital content.

This consent is separate from your agreement to the Terms & Conditions.

You will receive confirmation of your Membership purchase and your consent as part of the confirmation of your contract.
