By signing up to the Monthly Membership plan you agree to the Privacy Policy of the website.

5. Copyright

All content on this Site, including images, text, graphics, logos, and button icons, belongs to Krzysztof Kowalski, unless otherwise noted. When you purchase a product, you do not gain any copyright or intellectual property rights to that product. Content not owned by Krzysztof Kowalski is used with permission. The arrangement of all content on the Site is exclusively owned by Krzysztof Kowalski and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Karma-Balancing Act (Avoiding Copyright Infringement)

Here's the deal: I'm not going to chase anyone down. You’re welcome to sell your paintings based on my tutorials, create postcards, greeting cards, art prints, and sell them. You can also display your paintings in exhibitions and festivals (though be cautious with competitions, as many don't allow paintings based on someone else's tutorials). Essentially, do whatever you like. Ultimately, it’s your painting.

I have only one request: whenever possible, please mention my name or talk about my website, Skillshare or Gumroad to your friends and fellow artists. Spread the word about my tutorials. That’s all I ask. You’re free to do whatever you want with your creations 🌼.

I believe in harmony, balance, and karma. Personally, I wouldn’t feel right claiming something as entirely my own if it was based on someone else’s tutorial. But that’s just me. You’re free to do as you wish. If you feel like mentioning my name, great. If not, no worries. Life is too short to stress about it 🌷.

Just to clarify: mentioning my name doesn’t mean you have to label your displayed painting as based on my tutorial, or write it on the back of your postcards or prints. It simply means that if you get the chance, like when someone asks on Facebook about good watercolor tutorials, you recommend mine. That’s it. Karma is balanced. We’re good 🌷🍀😊.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses (including attorneys' fees), claims, and actions arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or your use of the Site. If needed, you will assist me at no cost in defending any such claims, including providing me with necessary information and access to records. You will not settle any claims without my prior written consent.

8. Release of Claims

I will not be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or reliance on my Site or its Content. By using my Site, you release me from any and all claims, including those related to personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, or any other loss, condition, or issue.

9. Online Commerce

9.1. Certain sections of the Site or its Content may offer products for purchase. When you make a purchase through my Website, me and my payment processing company may collect your transaction information, including your name, address, payment method, credit card number, and billing details.
